How to Place an Order
Step 1: Get a Quote
Once you have decided which product you are interested in, you can request a quote by simply visiting our Prices page or call our friendly sales representative at 1-877-536-8500 for further assistance. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org where our friendly staff is waiting 24/7 to answer any questions or provide quotes on any products.
Step 2: Submit Order
Email you purchase order at email@example.com or Fax the PO at 281-286-9507. Your order will be processed upon receiving it. All artwork must to be E-mailed.
Step 3: Proof Approval
After placing an order, a digital proof will be created for customer�s approval. The order will not be processed until the digital proof has been approved.
Step 4: Make Payment
Once your order has been approved, a sales representative will call to confirm the order details. The payment will be required for the order to be processed. The payment details can be provided over the phone or a request for Credit Card Authorization form can be faxed.
Step 5: Production and Shipping
Once the proof and the payment has been approved, the order will be sent for production. The standard time for production is 10 business days unless if the order was rushed. Once the production is completed, the order is shipped out UPS Standard unless stated otherwise on the PO.
