How to PLACE AN Order
STEP 1: Get a Quote
Once you have decided which product you are interested in, you can request a quote by simply visiting our Prices page or call our friendly sales representative at 1-866-389-5890 for further assistance. You can also email us at sales@wbpromotion.com where our friendly staff is waiting to answer any questions or provide quotes on any products.
STEP 2: Submit Order
Email PO and artwork to sales@wbpromotion.com or Fax the PO at (855)-691-4088. Your order will be processed upon receiving it. All artwork must to be E-mailed.
STEP 3: Proof Approval
After placing an order, a digital proof will be created for customer’s approval. The order will not be processed until the digital proof has been approved.
STEP 4: Make Payment
STEP 5: Production and Shipping
Once the proof and the payment has been approved, the order will be sent for production. Once the production is completed, the order is shipped out.
